The Nahx Invasions is a YA science fiction series that follows a troubled teenage girl and a defected alien soldier with no memories, both of whom are trying to survive the sudden alien invasion and end up relying on one another to stay alive.
This redesign features a stylized metallic typeface reminiscent of the futuristic alien invaders and the books' sci-fi setting. Each cover features an object of nature symbolic to the story, delicate and small, but intricately detailed and scaled to a large proportion — a mirror of the main characters and their flaws. The dark, star-spotted backgrounds hint at the ominous alien storyline.
